ANTISTATHMOPTERA TAMS, 1935

Antistathmoptera belong to the Urotini tribe of the subfamily Saturniinae, Family Saturniidae; moths in this tribe are found in Africa.

In September 2003, Thierry Bouyer writes there are now three species/subspecies in this genus: "daltonae daltonae (Usambara Mts, Tanzania), daltonae granti (Morogoro region, Tanzania), and daltonae rectangulata (S. Malawi, S. Zambia and Mozambique)."
