DISTRIBUTION:

Orthogonioptilum infinitum (wingspan: males: 77mm; females: 80mm) flies in
the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaire): Bikuma, Nyamunyunye (Mulugu).

This large moth is similar to O. adiegetum. The male forewings are very falcate with a concave outer margin. There is a single point of light on each forewing and three miniscule points of light on each hindwing.

FLIGHT TIMES AND PREFERRED FOOD PLANTS:

This moth flies in February and probably in May-June and probably in November.
