DISTRIBUTION:
Orthogonioptilum uelense
(wingspan: males: 51-58mm; females: larger) flies in
northeastern the Democratic Republic of the Congo: Orientale Province: Uele; and in
the
Republic of Central Africa.

FLIGHT TIMES AND PREFERRED FOOD PLANTS:
This moth
flies in January, and possibly again in the summer and fall.
Orthogonioptilum uelense larvae
