DISTRIBUTION:
Salassa excellens flies in the state of Kachin in
northern Myanmar.
FLIGHT TIMES AND PREFERRED FOOD PLANTS:
Moths are probably on the wing in May and possibly in other months.
Larval hosts are unknown.
ECLOSION, SCENTING AND MATING:
EGGS, LARVAE, COCOONS AND PUPAE:
Larvae spin loose cocoons near the ground amongst loose debris.
