DISTRIBUTION:

Salassa katschinika flies in the state of Kachin: Kambaiti, 7000 ft., in northern Myanmar.

FLIGHT TIMES AND PREFERRED FOOD PLANTS:

Salassa katschinika possibly feeds on Prunus species.

ECLOSION, SCENTING AND MATING:

EGGS, LARVAE, COCOONS AND PUPAE:

Larvae are probably covered with spine-bearing warts and spin loose cocoons near the ground amongst loose debris.
