Brahmaea (Bramophthalma) ardjoeno, recently elevated to full
species status, was reported as flying in the Philippines: Luzon, Mindoro, Panay,
Negros and Mindanao.
Brahmaea ardjoeno may actually be limited to Java in Indonesia. The Taxon
Brahmaea Bramophthalma hearseyi luchti Dupont, 1937, is now
recognized as the recent synonym of ardjoeno.
