Adeloneivaia isara Series: Females: Recto

Here are images of female Adeloneivaia isara specimens from Costa Rica.

Adeloneivaia isara females are relatively small with wingspans from 52mm to 63mm.

There are at least three different colour variations from reddish to orange to yellowish.

The forewing cell is weakly marked with some slightly darker scales. There is no white dot. The pm line is present, but it is not as distinct as in other species. The am line is almost non-existent. The post median area of the forewing is slightly darker than the basal and median areas.

Speckling with small grey dots can be intense or almost non-existent.
