Here are images of female Adeloneivaia isara specimens from Costa Rica.
Adeloneivaia isara females are relatively small with wingspans from 52mm to 63mm.
There are at least three different colour variations from reddish to orange to yellowish.
The most distinctive character, aside from the small size, is the pronounced "hump" on the hindwing costa, extending from the body to the midpoint of the costa. The hindwing also has a preapical, diffuse, slightly darker arc running from the costa to the cell.
Forewing markings are less intense than in other Adeloneivaia species.
