Very similar to championi. Pm line more sinuate and closer to sbtrml than in championi; possibly a synonym.

The male, to the left, has much longer tails than does the female.
Fws in both sexes: slightly produced; appear as if wing has been significantly clipped.
Female: larger hyaline areas.

Pattern is a busy mix of colours: dark brown, pinkish-biege, white, grey.
Fw pml broadly pre-apical, running slightly concave to near anal angle, outwardly traced in grey in lower half.

Subparallel, diffuse, dark-brown bands blend outwardly into lighter grey-brown to lilac-grey areas
Double-lined dark brown pm lines, inwardly filled with grey-white, turn obtusely toward i. m.

Apex broadly produced, truncated.
Very concave median line and slightly concave pm line border dark brown region, covering half of forewing.
Basal area darker than very restricted beige median field
