NEOCERCOPHANA OF THE WORLD

NEOCERCOPHANA IZQUIERDO, 1895

Neocercophana belong to the Subfamily Cercophaninae (Cercophanidae) of the Family Saturniidae.

Some taxonomists consider Cercophanidae to be a separate Family, distinguished from the Saturniidae due to different wing venation and larval morphology and behaviour.
