DISTRIBUTION:

Goodia (Campimoptilum) pareensis, (wingspan: males: approximately 63mm; females: mm), inhabits northeastern Tanzania: Pare Mountains.

The broad forewing is apically produced, slightly falcate with a sharp, pointed apex. The outer margin is hollowed out below the apex and then becomes convex in its run to the anal angle. Weak am and pm lines and a diffuse darker transverse band separate the wing into four colour quadrants:
1) basal area is orangey-brown with straight am line meeting transverse band along inner margin;
2) broad apical area above transverse band is slightly darker, orangey-brown, from small cell spot and concave pm line to costa and apical point;
3) median area above transverse band is greyish-tan;
4) largest area below transverse line to anal angle is light brown with suffusion of dark grey dots.

It is hoped that this alphabetical listing followed by the common name of the foodplant will prove useful. The list is not exhaustive. Experimenting with closely related foodplants is worthwhile.
