Rodolphe Rougerie

Rodolphe Rougerie of France has a keen interest in Saturniidae and has been a great help to me in the development of the WLSS.

Rodolphe has sent me many images of live and spread Saturniidae. One of my favourite images is of this male Bunaeopsis licharbas provided by Rodolphe.

Rodolphe has, over the years, greatly assisted the development of coverage of African Saturniidae by providing preliminary checklists for Madagascar, Burkina Faso and Gabon.

He has also sent me pdf format email copies of some of his publications and has helped with identifications.

Rodolphe has also sent some beautiful images of larvae as per his image of a fifth instar Pseudimbrasia deyrollei larva.
